Residential Homes:

  • 0-1,500 sq. ft- $300.00

  • 1,501-2,000 sq. ft- $330.00

  • 2,001-3,000 sq. ft.- $400.00

  • 3,001-4,000 sq. ft.- $500.00

  • 4,001-5,000 sq. ft.-$600.00

Multi-Family:

  • 0-650 sq. ft.- $150.00

  • 651-1,000 sq. ft.- $200.00

  • 1,001-2,000 sq. ft.-$300.00

What you will receive with the home inspection:

  • A home inspection by a Certified Home Inspector.

  • Folder containing the home inspection report on the day of or the following day.
